Head of CRM

£90,000 - £110,000 + benefits

London (3 days in office)

Our client is a large, customer-focused consumer business with a substantial existing membership base and an ambitious growth agenda. This is an opportunity to shape how customers are communicated with, supported and retained throughout their journey. You’ll join an inclusive, people-first organisation where marketing plays a central role in commercial growth, working alongside experienced specialists across brand, creative, commercial, analytics and customer experience. With significant scope to improve how existing customers are engaged, this is a role where your ideas, insight and leadership can make a measurable difference.

The Head of CRM will lead the customer communications strategy, using data, creativity and customer insight to build stronger relationships, improve retention and uncover opportunities to increase engagement and commercial value.

Role Highlights

  • Own the CRM and customer engagement strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Turn customer and campaign data into clear insights, recommendations and measurable actions.
  • Develop engaging communications that nurture existing customers and encourage longer-term loyalty.
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, Commercial, Analytics and Customer teams to create joined-up campaigns.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing CRM team, creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

You Will Need

  • Significant CRM marketing experience within a high-volume, customer-focused or subscription-led organisation.
  • A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into commercial decisions.
  • Strong experience across the customer lifecycle, retention, engagement, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
  • A creative approach to communications, with the confidence to challenge ideas and develop new ways to connect with customers.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience developing talent and collaborating effectively across multiple marketing disciplines.
