Are you an experienced CRM leader ready to take ownership of the customer lifecycle strategy for a fast-growing, fashion-focused consumer brand? We’re hiring a Head of CRM to lead the next phase of CRM growth across Email, SMS, App and Loyalty. Based in London (hybrid), this is a senior, high-visibility role with significant scope to shape the CRM proposition, drive retention and build a world-class customer communications strategy.

In this role, you’ll lead the global CRM strategy across App, Loyalty and omnichannel communications, working closely with ecommerce, digital, marketing and brand teams to align CRM activity with wider commercial and brand objectives. You’ll own the communications calendar, lifecycle segmentation, automation and BAU activity, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered effectively across key customer touchpoints.

You’ll take a highly commercial and customer-centric approach to CRM, using personalisation, segmentation and data to improve retention, customer engagement and database performance. You’ll monitor key CRM KPIs, oversee regular reporting, identify opportunities to increase high-quality opt-ins and reduce churn, and continually optimise activity in line with business targets.

A key focus of the role will be developing the CRM proposition across Email, SMS and App, including ownership of the App install programme and defining compelling CRM USPs within the App experience. You’ll also lead the next phase of the Loyalty proposition, ensuring it connects effectively across digital and retail channels and supports wider customer growth objectives.

To be successful, you’ll have 7+ years’ senior CRM experience, ideally within fashion, retail or consumer brand. You’ll have strong knowledge of CRM, CDP and ESP platforms, with experience using Ometria highly desirable, alongside a good understanding of HTML and Microsoft Office.
