Releaf Dispensary Ltd

Releaf Dispensary Ltd is a leading medical cannabis clinic committed to providing high-quality, safe, and effective cannabis-based treatments. Headquartered in the UK, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients through innovative solutions and outstanding patient service. We are proud to be a certified B Corp, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.

We’re a fast-growing team of passionate professionals on a mission to put patients back in control of their health journey. We’ve seen first-hand how alternative treatments can change lives, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of that change.

About the role

You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and lead a team of 5:

  • CRM & Lifecycle Lead
  • CRO Designer focused on acquisition
  • UX Designer focused on retention and LTV
  • CRO & Experimentation Lead
  • Patient Content Lead who owns patient-facing content across the account area

You'll own Releaf's retention strategy end-to-end, from subscription and loyalty mechanics through to how we communicate and market the products that keep patients with us long-term. This is a strategic role with commercial weight - you'll need to think clearly about patient lifetime value, move fast, and build strong relationships across Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Patient Support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

Retention & loyalty

  • Own retention strategy end-to-end, from activation through to churn reduction, with clear goals you're accountable for
  • Lead Releaf+ and our loyalty and referral mechanics, making sure patients understand and actually use what's available to them
  • Build proactive intervention programmes that catch early signs of drop-off before they become churn

CRM, CRO & data/insights

  • Direct our CRM & Lifecycle Lead on a patient communications strategy that's data-led, well-segmented, and covers the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term retention
  • Work with our CRO & Experimentation Lead and design team to keep testing the pre-payment and post-login experience, with retention data driving what gets tested
  • Keep comms grounded in operational reality - when something changes in the business, make sure it's reflected in what patients hear from us

Cross-functional & commercial

  • Build close relationships with Clinical, Dev, Operations, and Patient Support so you're never the last to know about changes that affect patients
  • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing for a clean handoff from acquisition into retention, and report retention performance and investment cases to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Senior experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally in health, healthtech or subscription businesses, with a track record of moving retention metrics like churn, LTV and activation
  • Genuine CRM depth - segmentation, journey design, experimentation
  • Experience building or fixing a subscription or membership proposition, and comfortable owning commercial KPIs like LTV and CAC:LTV
  • Current or recent experience leading a team that includes specialist disciplines like design or experimentation, not just generalist marketers

Our application process starts off with an informal meet followed by a written task and a final in-person interview.

At Releaf, we believe that diverse teams build better businesses. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — and we're happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process if you need them.
