The Role

The Global Lead for Sales Process & Analytics is a leadership role responsible for defining, driving, and governing the global strategy within IT for sales technology platforms—primarily Dynamics 365 CRM and Global Sales Analytics. This role ensures that global sales systems, data, and processes align with business strategy across Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. The position combines strategic leadership, platform ownership, vendor and stakeholder management, and oversight of an internal development/operations team.


The Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to ensure Sales Related systems align with business strategy.
  • Assist business stakeholders in developing long term strategies that leverage our global Sales platforms across both sales transactions and analytics. Provide thought-leadership in this domain.
  • Work with external suppliers and the internal team to ensure the on-going stability of the various sales platforms – ensuring their reliable performance and availability. Implement and monitor controls as required.
  • Provide management to an internal team who will develop, groom, and prioritize backlog, and clarify and translate business needs into a detailed requirement. Ensure that development aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Ability to communicate strategic technical direction and provide consultation as required to Sales Operations, Marketing and the wider business as appropriate.
  • Work with associated IT Corporate Platform leadership to deliver strategic IT objectives to the business.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of sales & marketing processes in the consulting or insurance broking industry.
  • Experience in a similar role providing leadership and guidance to an internal team with demanding stakeholders.
  • Understanding of PowerBI capabilities and Dashboard design concepts.
  • Ability to understand and work with teams developing solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly preferred, but experience with other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Workday would also be acceptable.

OTHER DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Understanding of Financial Services Industry, Insurance Broking and Consulting.
  • Understanding/Appreciation of Internal Communication and change management within a Global Business.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
  • Experience of IT Service Management.

This role can be based anywhere in the US on Eastern or Central time.

This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.


Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).


Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130,000– $160,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
