About Us

Join us and work with some of the world's most ambitious businesses to embed data & AI literacy at scale. At Data & AI Literacy Academy, we transform how people connect with data, making it accessible, relevant and empowering for every enterprise employee. Joining Data & AI Literacy Academy means being part of a mission-led team helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential through confidence, culture and clarity.

About the Role

As Head of Communications, you'll own how we communicate with learners, clients, and internal teams across every programme we deliver - from onboarding through to renewal. This is a broader remit than a traditional comms role: alongside owning our communications strategy and content, you'll bring change management expertise to help clients' organisations adopt new ways of working, and you'll take ownership of the events and communities that bring our programmes to life - from graduations to ongoing data & AI communities of practice.

You'll lead a Communications Executive and a Communities of Practice Manager, and work closely with the Director of CX, Project Managers, and Learner Success to make sure every touchpoint - communications, change, events, and community - reflects our mission and supports strong client outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
