GSF Car Parts

GSF Car Parts, the UK's fastest growing motor factor. Trade loyalty is key to our future growth and we're looking for an exceptional person to lead it.

We're relaunching our trade loyalty programme with this newly created senior role, reporting to our Marketing & Communications Director, with the mandate to own the programme end to end: strategy, relaunch, and everything that follows.

What you'll do

  • Own the TradeRewards strategy and lead delivery of its relaunch
  • Turn spend-based tiers and CRM behavioural data into a contact strategy that actually changes customer behaviour
  • Build and own the commercial case for the programme
  • Engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Partner with our Data & Analytics team to get actionable data and insights
  • Report on what's working — account retention, tier migration, spend growth, customer sentiment — and change course when it isn't

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a hybrid role based at our Head Quarters in Wolverhampton working 40 hours per week.

What you'll bring

  • A track record running a B2B or trade loyalty/rewards programme — automotive aftermarket, wholesale distribution or a similar trade sector is a strong plus
  • Commercial confidence — as comfortable talking margin and pricing as you are talking engagement
  • Experience turning CRM or segmentation data into a contact strategy that sales and marketing teams actually use
  • The stakeholder skills to work across Finance, Data & Analytics and Marketing, and to hold your own at senior level
  • Experience launching or relaunching a programme — not just running an established one
