Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

It may also be good to stress that this whole section often involves a lot of internal communication between different team members, for example if a guest asks a question that isn’t immediately obvious from your current knowledge of the trip, or the information on the booking page/itinerary, it's often a case of going to the trip designer, or supplier to check if it's possible, then go back to the guest to get more info, then back to supplier etc, so there’s a fair bit of managing who you need to give information to, or get back from, within the team.

Admin & Coordination

  • Maintaining accurate guest and trip records throughout the booking process
  • Coordinating with international suppliers and partners on logistics, accommodation, trip requirements & customer information
  • Managing bookings and keeping our systems accurate and up to date
  • Supporting cancellations, refunds and visa applications where needed

Personally I might be tempted to remove the bit about visa applications. We wouldn’t really get involved with that.

Paperwork & Documentation

  • Preparing the documentation needed to support each trip, including medical, safety and insurance-related forms
  • Keeping records organised and easy to access
