Wealthify – Head of Customer Relationship Marketing

Wealthify is a digital wealth management platform, based in Cardiff, with a mission to make it really simple for people to invest with confidence.

Founded in 2016 to address the needs of a new generation of investors, Wealthify blends digital technology, expert investment management and close attention to our customers to make wealth creation more accessible.

Wealthify offers a range of investment accounts (Stocks & Shares ISA, Junior ISA (JISA), General Investment Account (GIA), Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP)) and savings accounts (Cash ISA, Instant Access Savings Account (IASA)) to give customers a range of ways to manage and grow their money.

With a proprietary technology platform, a seasoned and passionate team of experts, and a substantial base of customers and assets under management, Wealthify is now growing towards profitability under the ownership of Aviva plc, after successfully establishing itself as a digital disruptor in this huge market.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to lead the existing team and play an important role in Wealthify’s growth ambitions as we embed a programmatic approach to customer communications.

We’re at an exciting point in our journey - we have fully migrated to a new CRM platform (Iterable) and, with our growing Data and Insight Team, are now in a great position to deliver a refreshed strategic CRM strategy based on data-driven insight.

As Head of CRM, you will set and drive our strategy and plans forward and be passionate about creating targeted, multi-channel CRM strategies that not only engage, but also deliver measurable results in line with ambitious business targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
