Head of Customer Success London / WFH

to £100k

Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager who would relish the opportunity to set up and establish a new Customer Success function for a scaling tech company?

You could be progressing your career at a rapidly scaling technology company that provides a fully managed IT service including cyber security.

As Head of Customer Success you'll help the business to reorganise around global, problem focused teams and follow-the-sun coverage, Customer Success will become the function responsible for looking across the entire customer base: measuring whether customers are getting better, identifying accounts at risk, driving retention and expansion and ensuring customer feedback directly influences the product roadmap.

You'll own customer outcomes at company level, defining how the business measures customer maturity, service health, satisfaction and value. You'll build the Customer Success team and operating model across EMEA, Americas and APAC, establishing health scoring, success plans, customer reviews, playbooks and feedback loops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll also ensure smaller customers receive a proactive, scalable experience rather than relying on dedicated account teams, while personally acting as executive sponsor for key customers and stepping in when relationships are at risk.

Working closely with Engagement Management, Forward Deployment, Product and global technical teams, you'll turn customer insight into actionable requirements and ensure teams remain accountable for delivering outcomes.
