Head of Customer Success (m/f/d) | Selecta Group Headquarters | Europe

To strengthen our Group Growth Team at Selecta Headquarters, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Head of Customer Success (m/f/d) to support and develop strategically important pan-European customer accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategically important multi-country accounts across Europe, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned Group accounts, acting as the central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead regular business reviews and executive meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that translate customer priorities into measurable actions and results.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and business recommendations.
- Coordinate customer requests, service improvements, and incident resolution across multiple markets.
- Collaborate closely with Managing Directors, Operations Directors, Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Provide functional leadership and coordination across participating countries, aligning local teams without direct line-management responsibility.
- Lead contract renewals, account development initiatives, and commercial discussions within delegated authority.
- Contribute to the continued growth and strengthening of Selecta's strategic account portfolio across Europe.

Your Profile
- Relevant commercial, business, or comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven track record in managing and growing complex international or multi-country customer accounts.
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and leading customer business reviews and commercial discussions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Confident user of CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
