About The Role

Head of Customer Support β€” eCommerce | GSF Car Parts

πŸ“ Wolverhampton / Hybrid

Full-time

We're one of the UK's leading automotive parts retailers, and our eCommerce division is growing fast β€” in the UK and across Europe. We're looking for a Head of Customer Support to own the customer experience behind it all.

This role is based 3 days in the office, 2 from home. The office cannot be accessed via public transport, so own vehicle is a must.

The Role

This is your chance to build and lead a support function that genuinely moves the needle. You'll own the end-to-end support experience across all our digital channels in the UK, while managing the outsourced partner who'll deliver customer support across our new European markets. Getting that partnership right β€” the onboarding, the standards, the performance β€” is central to our expansion, and it's yours to own.

You won't just be firefighting tickets β€” you'll be tackling root causes, driving down cost-to-serve, and making sure every customer, trade or retail, gets fast, expert help when they need it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
