What you'll be doing

As our Head of Data, AI & Compliance Assurance, you'll shape how we use data, technology and insight to drive better decisions, stronger performance and exceptional experiences across our communities. Leading a talented team, you'll oversee our data warehouse, reporting and BI capability, AI adoption, and the frameworks that help us measure compliance and operational excellence.

You'll be a trusted partner to our Senior Management Team, Board, clients and external stakeholders, helping turn complex data into meaningful insight and ensuring we continue to raise the bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery, setting the strategy, standards and direction while also getting involved in the design, development and review of technical solutions yourself.

Above all, you'll help us use data and technology in a way that supports our people, strengthens our communities and enables urbanbubble to keep growing with confidence.

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Own our data architecture, reporting platforms, data warehouse and Power BI / Microsoft Fabric environment.
  • Drive data governance, quality standards and reporting accuracy across the business.
  • Oversee key client, investor and board reporting.
  • Expand self-service reporting capabilities and improve data accessibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
