An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Data & Analytics to lead the development of a modern enterprise data function.
You'll be responsible for shaping data strategy, improving reporting and analytics capabilities, overseeing governance frameworks, and building the foundations required for advanced analytics and AI adoption.
This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence key strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing enterprise data strategy
- Leading data engineering, reporting, analytics, and governance activities
- Improving data quality and accessibility across the organisation
- Delivering actionable insight to support business decisions
- Driving adoption of self-service reporting capabilities
- Identifying opportunities for AI and advanced analytics
- Building and developing high-performing data teams
- Managing relationships with data technology partners and suppliers

Essential Skills
- Senior leadership experience within Data, Analytics, BI, or Insight functions
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data management principles
- Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics experience
- Experience within regulated environments
