Head of Data & Analytics Governance
Location: London | Hybrid | Duration: 12 months
Lead governance, reporting and strategic change for a senior Data & Analytics function within a major financial services environment. This is a high-profile role working with senior stakeholders across technology, data and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Board and regulatory governance, reporting and submissions, including FCA/PRA requirements.
- Own and continuously improve Data & Analytics governance frameworks, processes and operating models.
- Prepare high-quality Board, leadership and committee papers, presentations and executive reporting.
- Manage governance committees, actions, approvals and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and change delivery using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Drive continuous improvement across governance, PMO and delivery processes.

Key experience
- Strong background in data/technology governance within banking or financial services.
- Proven experience creating Board/LT-ready papers and executive presentations.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project/change delivery and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with regulatory governance and FCA/PRA environments highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail.
