Our client is a highly respected and growing professional services firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering expert advice to businesses and individuals. As part of an ambitious growth strategy, they are creating a brand-new Head of Data & Analytics role to transform how data is used across the organisation and to develop future client-facing data services.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Head of Data & Analytics who combines technical excellence with commercial thinking.
This is far more than a reporting role. You'll have a deep understanding of statistical methodologies and advanced analytical techniques, but your real strength will be translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Required Experience
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Led a data and analytics function within a commercial or professional services environment.
- Applied statistical techniques to solve business problems and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Developed or significantly enhanced a CRM platform, improving data quality, governance and commercial insight.
- Delivered workflow automation and low-code solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps or SharePoint, creating measurable efficiency gains.
- Built modern reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel and Azure technologies.
- Successfully led and developed high-performing teams while influencing senior leadership.
