About the Role

GW Risk are hiring a high-profile National Data Analytics professional for a leading Global Mid-Tier Practice that could be based in London or Hertfordshire with a great hybrid model and flexible hours.

The role has been created for the organisation to be at the forefront of the digital age as their clients can get more complex and diverse given, they keep winning former Top 10 and PE backed Group clients across Audit, Advisory, Corporate Finance, and Tax Services.

They are also highly profitable, independent, and part of a global network, which means they are increasingly gaining multinational clients working with them in all areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vision and Automation: The Data Analytics professional should have the vision and track record to fully automate and digitize all the organisation’s processes, including all aspects of Reporting, Invoicing, Documentation, and Digital/AI Client and Staff Interfaces across all the processes of a major global Mid-Tier Practice.
  • Team Growth and Strategy: There would be an opportunity to grow a team and shape the digital strategy of a major organisation from top to bottom for the benefit of the Board, staff, and clients of this rapidly growing organisation in a genuine in-house role where you are not judged on billings and business development.
  • Consulting Support: Of course, my client is entrepreneurial and if you want to grow a consulting Digital or AI offering, they are more than open to support you to do that with significant backing. There is a market-leading bonus structure of 50% on any new business you bring in, which is almost unheard of in the industry with 1st year earnings being above £200k.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
