This is a Head of Data & Insights role, sitting at the meeting point of data, technology, risk and business strategy. You'll build, shape and lead the data function, with a clear mandate to define the strategy, set the governance and prove the value.
How you'll make your mark
You'll own the enterprise data and analytics agenda from strategy through to delivery, working across the C-Suite, Risk and Technology to make data a genuine driver of decisions.

Key deliverables
- Define and embed an enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy and operating model.
- Convert data assets into commercial, customer and operational value.
- Build trusted data foundations through robust governance and information management.
- Chair the data governance forum, owning decision rights on quality, security, privacy and ethics.
- Lead readiness for AI and GenAI adoption across the business.
- Build data literacy and embed a culture that runs on evidence, not instinct.
- Keep data practice aligned to FCA, PRA and GDPR requirements.
What you bring
- Senior leadership experience in data and analytics within financial services.
- Strong command of data governance, regulatory requirements and modern data platforms.
- A track record of influencing at C-Suite level and translating complex data concepts into business outcomes.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and turn strategic thinking into action.
