Okay, data leaders…this one’s a good one👀
We’re partnering with a seriously exciting tech consultancy on the search for their next Head of Data.
This is a role for someone who wants to do more than just manage a data function. You’ll be the person helping shape where data goes next — building out the capability, growing the team, influencing the wider business and working closely with clients to solve some pretty meaty challenges. From shaping the strategy and growing the team, to working with clients and making sure the consultancy is building the right solutions, you’ll be right in the thick of it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll be:
- Setting the direction for the data capability
- Leading and developing a brilliant team
- Working with clients to understand what they actually need from their data
- Bringing together data, technology and commercial thinking
- Driving conversations around modern data platforms, analytics and AI
- Helping the business spot where data can genuinely add value
- Being a key voice in where the consultancy goes next
Who are we looking for? Someone who knows their stuff when it comes to data, but who can also get people excited about it.
You’ll probably have experience leading data teams or practices within a consultancy, technology or fast-paced environment and be comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and getting into the detail when needed. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can build relationships, develop people and turn complicated data conversations into something that makes sense to everyone else in the room.
