The Change Partners are partnered with a leading, globally recognised advertising technology and media platform. They are looking for an ambitious Head of Data & Measurement to join their Product & GTM team.

You will be the bridge between technical product capability and commercial strategy. Your mission is to translate complex data assets and privacy requirements into actionable commercial opportunities and drive market adoption.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and own the full product lifecycle, positioning, and commercial frameworks for EMEA Data & Measurement solutions.
  • Ensure all products meet EMEA technical, commercial, privacy, and regulatory requirements before market launch.
  • Manage requirements for core data assets (ACR, device/household graphs) and oversee clean room, JIC, and third-party integrations.
  • Serve as the primary EMEA counterpart to global product teams, influencing roadmaps with regional market priorities.
  • Synthesise market feedback from client-facing teams to build structured POVs on product-market fit.
  • Equip sales teams with collateral, training, and objection handling to effectively pitch the brand's first-party data advantage.
  • Act as the domain expert on evolving privacy landscapes, cookieless environments, and privacy-preserving measurement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
