Head of Data | Hybrid/London | Up to £115,000 + Stock
You’ll take ownership of the Data function, leading a small, high-performing team and helping shape how data and AI are used across the business as it continues to scale.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on Data leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical understanding. You’ll own the Data roadmap, strengthen the organisation’s data foundations and help embed better data-driven decision making across the business.

What do you need?
- Strong experience across data modelling and analytics engineering
- Proven experience owning a Data function or roadmap within a scaling business
- Strong understanding of modern data practices and analytics
- Experience operating strategically while remaining hands-on technically
- Experience leading and developing high-performing Data teams
- Genuine interest in using AI to automate and improve how Data teams operate
