Head of Data

£90,000–£100,000 + Outstanding Benefits

Hybrid | London / Home Based

We're supporting a well-respected national organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking a Head of Data to establish and lead its enterprise data capability.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a function from the ground up, shaping the organisation's data strategy, governance, and culture while laying the foundations for future AI adoption.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the organisation's data strategy at a pivotal point in its transformation. Having historically relied on outsourced data services, the business is investing heavily in bringing data capability in-house, implementing Microsoft Fabric and creating a modern, trusted data platform.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll work across the business to improve data quality, governance, and literacy, ensuring data becomes a strategic asset that drives better decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
