What the day will look like
In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Identify and prioritise strategic growth opportunities within the Defence sector, driving delivery against revenue targets and broader business growth objectives
- Act as a subject matter expert in Defence, providing deep industry insight to shape client strategies and internal decision-making
- Provide senior broking expertise where required, supporting complex placements and enhancing client outcomes
- Build and leverage internal networks across Aon, connecting regional offices and industry teams to drive collaboration and maximise opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy and client value propositions, ensuring clear differentiation and alignment to client needs
