Head of Delivery (Deputy to Head of UK & EMEA Delivery)

Position Overview

Coforge is seeking an accomplished executive delivery leader to serve as the deputy to the UK & EMEA Head of Delivery and help lead one of the organisation's most strategically important functions.

This role will have responsibility across a large, globally distributed delivery organisation, supporting the leadership of a substantial multi-industry portfolio spanning Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, Healthcare, Public Sector and other strategic sectors.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the Global Head of Delivery to drive delivery excellence, operational performance, customer success, organisational scale, talent development and business growth across geographies, service lines and client portfolios.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven delivery executive who has successfully managed large-scale global delivery organisations and diverse industry portfolios, rather than a single vertical or technology domain.

Key Leadership Mandate

  • Act as the second-in-command within Coforge's EMEA Delivery organisation.
  • Partner with the EMEA Head of Delivery in defining and executing the strategic vision for delivery across the enterprise.
  • Lead and scale a complex, multi-geography portfolio spanning Digital, Cloud, Data & AI, Engineering, Application Services and Managed Services.
  • Oversee delivery operations across multiple industry verticals, including Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, Healthcare and the Public Sector.
  • Drive delivery excellence, governance, quality, predictability, utilisation, profitability and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
  • Provide executive oversight for strategic accounts and mission-critical customer engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite client stakeholders and act as an executive escalation point where required.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving AI adoption, automation, delivery modernisation and operational innovation.
  • Strengthen organisational capability through leadership development, succession planning and the creation of high-performing delivery teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Leadership and Practice Teams on large pursuits, transitions, strategic programmes and growth opportunities.
  • Drive consistency of delivery standards, governance frameworks and operational discipline across global teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
