Head of Delivery – Change & Transformation
Crawley | Hybrid | Up to £110,000 + benefits | Permanent
Are you an experienced delivery leader with a strong track record of leading complex programmes and developing high-performing Project Management teams?
Our client is looking for a Head of Delivery to take ownership of a significant change portfolio, ensuring programmes and projects are delivered successfully while driving real business value. Reporting to the Change Director, this is a senior leadership role working closely with Executive Sponsors and senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes and projects across a designated business area.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Partner with Executive Sponsors and senior leaders, providing clear oversight and managing escalations.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery frameworks, governance, processes and best practice.
- Oversee risks, budgets, resources and capacity across the change portfolio.
- Champion Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches and drive continuous improvement.

What they’re looking for:
- Significant experience leading large-scale programme and project delivery within a complex organisation.
- Proven experience leading and developing Project Managers and delivery teams.
- Strong senior and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and competing priorities across complex change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent commercial awareness, communication and decision-making skills.
- PRINCE2, MSP or Agile qualifications would be advantageous.

Salary: Up to £110,000 + benefits
