Senior Digital Delivery Leader
I'm looking for a senior digital delivery leader to take overall accountability for the successful delivery and live operation of a major consumer-facing mobile app and website for a leading global airline.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability delivery leadership role. We're looking for someone who has personally owned major consumer digital platforms through release, go-live and live operation — not simply someone who has managed a portfolio of projects.
What you'll own
- ✈️ End-to-end delivery of the consumer mobile app and website, from planning through to production.
- 🚀 Release & go-live: own what gets released, when it gets released and ensure releases land safely and successfully.
- 📱 App Store governance: oversee mobile release protocols, App Store / Google Play requirements and ensure the app remains live, available and compliant.
- 👥 Multiple delivery teams: coordinate tribes, squads, product & engineering teams, internal stakeholders, third parties and technology vendors.
- 🔥 Production incidents: take accountability for major incidents, driving resolution and ensuring issues are effectively managed.
- 🛠️ Hypercare: lead post-release hypercare and stabilisation following significant launches.
- 💰 Budgets & governance: manage delivery budgets, risks, dependencies, governance and senior stakeholder communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
