Head of Demand Generation | AI SaaS | FinTech | £80k + £40k Bonus | Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | JA9885
A market-leading FinTech with almost 50% market share is looking for a commercially focused Head of Demand Generation to build a high-performing demand generation function and drive measurable pipeline across the UK financial advice market.

Leading a Campaign Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and two SDRs, the Head of Demand Generation will own the complete lead lifecycle across digital marketing, integrated campaigns, ABM, and outbound activity. This is a player-manager role requiring someone who can raise quality standards, improve lead conversion, and create healthy accountability between Marketing and Sales.

The Head of Demand Generation will:
- Own the demand generation strategy, campaign calendar, and lead lifecycle across corporate and SME customers.
- Lead and develop a Campaign Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and two outbound SDRs.
- Scale targeted ABM campaigns across priority firms and senior decision-makers.
- Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong to improve lead management, follow-up, and pipeline conversion.
- Hold Sales accountable for acting quickly on demo requests and qualified leads.
- Improve performance across paid media, PPC, email, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and SDR outreach.

The Head of Demand Generation must have:
- Strong experience in dedicated B2B demand generation, growth, or campaign marketing roles.
- Previous experience managing SDR or outbound telesales teams.
- A track record of generating measurable pipeline through integrated digital and outbound campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ABM, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms.
- Experience within B2B SaaS; knowledge of UK financial services would be highly advantageous.
