Department: Marketing - Content & Brand

Location: Zinc - London
Compensation: Β£95 / year

Description

πŸ“ˆ Why this role exists:
Zinc's marketing function is growing and we're looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to take us to the next level. Our vision is to move demand marketing from a channel-led function into a data-informed, 360 growth engine, building and designing a repeatable playbook for demand generation & capture across every channel and every audience.

This is a new senior leadership role within the marketing function, and a rare opportunity to build and shape how Zinc scales to beyond Β£50m ARR, into new audiences. You'll be responsible for building and scaling the full-funnel demand generation playbook, working closely with the outbound team, wider commercial leadership and the marketing leadership team. We're looking for a leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a team and curate demand programmes across multiple channels and multiple regions, bringing playbooks and processes to continue Zinc's growth trajectory.

You'll have a mandate to look at how we measure, activate and engage buyers across the full funnel, from first signal to closed won and have a strong view on what best-in-class demand generation and capture looks like in 2026 and beyond. ⚑️

Key Responsibilities πŸ—οΈ

βš™οΈ Scalability and infrastructure:
Responsible for building and scaling the playbook for growing pipeline at Zinc, the demand generation tech stack, reporting and attribution model across HubSpot and DreamData, bringing rigour to what's actually driving qualified pipeline vs what's just noise.

🎯 Pipeline ownership:
Responsible for building and scaling the demand generation engine end to end, with direct accountability for pipeline targets, account signals, and lead generation targets, working the full funnel from first touch to sales handoff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
