Talent Frame are partnering with our client on a newly created Head of Demand Generation role. This position involves building and leading a demand generation function for a rapidly evolving SaaS business.
You must be a proven Demand Gen leader with a SaaS background and have experience of building things from the ground up.
This is a hybrid role, based in Greater Manchester - we are open to discussing number of days in the office for the right person (although at least 1 day a week is needed).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand strategy, balancing inbound and outbound activities, to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Own the pipeline metrics, including CAC and CAC payback.
- Lead, build, and nurture a high-performing demand generation team.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring integration, optimisation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including ABM and paid media, with a clear focus on measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Drive paid media strategies, managing budgets, agency relationships, and channel performance to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to optimise the customer journey for maximum impact.

Person Specification
- Proven experience leading a Demand Generation or Growth team within SaaS.
- Demonstrable success in delivering qualified pipeline and revenue growth through comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Practical experience with paid media channels, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, create effective attribution models, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a cross-functional team.
