Our client, a city-based MGA, are looking to recruit a Head of Specialty to take the helm of their Specialty division compromising of D&O, PI, Financial Lines and Ancillary sub-classes. You will be responsible for devising/driving strategy and innovation to enhance both profitability and growth.

Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding and analysis of the client’s individual markets, have exceptional negotiation abilities, and a passion for developing creative solutions. You will have a proven track record in portfolio/ client relationship and team management as well as astute financial oversight and regulatory compliance skills. You will also be tasked with driving innovation in product offerings to meet client demands and lead initiatives for product enhancements and new solution development.
