We're Recruiting: Head of Department – Housing and General Court
Join one of Scotland's leading law centres and help advance access to justice for individuals and communities experiencing disadvantage.
We're seeking an experienced solicitor to lead our Housing and General Court Department, combining departmental leadership, complex litigation and strategic organisational influence as a member of our Senior Management Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a respected, values-driven organisation with a long-standing commitment to social justice and legal empowerment.

What we offer:
- Salary £49,581 - £51,863 (dependent upon experience)
- Salary review currently underway
- Appointment at the top of the scale will be considered for candidates with significant relevant experience and expertise
- 5 weeks annual leave plus 12 public holidays
- Additional discretionary leave and birthday leave
- Hybrid and flexible working options
- Trial of a 4-day working week (32 hours with no reduction in salary)
- Pension contribution and salary sacrifice schemes
