Job Description
As Head of Design, you will redefine the aesthetic of private markets, evolving Odin from a functional tool into a category-defining brand. You’ll lead the design team through a major US launch, turning complex, regulated workflows into intuitive experiences. This is a player-coach role requiring exceptional craft and systems-level product thinking.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end design direction, spanning both complex product workflows and the evolving visual identity for the brand.
- Lead and grow the design team, providing mentorship and setting the high-quality bar for every interface and interaction shipped.
- Conduct deep customer research and rapid prototyping to translate regulatory constraints into seamless, "inevitable" user experiences for global investors.

- Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping complex, regulated products at scale with a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction craft.
- Combines "player-coach" leadership skills with high agency, capable of building design systems and practices while staying close to the work.
- Possesses deep empathy for the user and the ability to navigate technical and operational ambiguity to deliver outcome-driven design solutions.
