Shape innovative textile products with Riva (UK) Ltd
Riva (UK) Ltd is looking for a talented Head of Design to turn customer ideas into practical, production-ready textile solutions for specialist B2B sectors including automotive, defence, healthcare and advanced manufacturing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead product design from customer brief to production-ready solution.
- Develop samples, specifications, SOPs, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver commercially viable designs.
- Use CAD, Gerber Accumark, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools to support fast, accurate product development.
- Support quality, production handover and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Product design or lifecycle experience within B2B manufacturing.
- A design-related degree, or at least five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong CAD/design software skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.
- A practical, proactive mindset with passion for textile engineering and innovation.
