Job Description
The Opportunity:
Driven by global growth and innovation, this position has been created to elevate Entain’s in-house creative agency and sculpt its design function to global scale. This is a transformative moment to champion creative excellence, embed emerging technologies, and redefine how millions of customers engage with our brands across the world.
As Head of Design, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our in-house agency, shaping our creative standards, driving innovation, and ensuring high-impact cross-channel campaigns. This role demands sharp strategic thinking, transformative leadership, and the ability to pivot fast while maintaining creative integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Vision
- Set the creative vision and act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all global design outputs.
- Lead and inspire a team of design leaders, fostering high standards in both static and motion design.
Innovation & AI Integration
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to boost creative speed, insight, and quality—not as a buzzword, but as a catalyst to unlock better, faster, and more ambitious design outcomes.
Strategic & Collaborative Design
- Deliver strategically grounded design concepts—from ideation through execution—tailored to CRM, performance marketing, TV, and social channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to elevate creative output, driving measurable business outcomes.
Process & Scalability
- Implement best-practice design processes to scale delivery across 30+ global brands.
Requirements
You will thrive as Head of Design if you bring: ✔ Proven leadership experience in managing large, multi-location design teams across diverse international portfolios. ✔ A showcase portfolio demonstrating integrated, impactful creative work—proving your ability to blend bold vision with technical execution. ✔ Genuine expertise in AI—seeing it as an extension of creative problem-solving, not just a tool, but a methodology for smart, rapid results. ✔ Deep knowledge of core design principles: typography, motion graphics, digital interfaces, and cross-platform execution.
