£80,000 - £100,000 + Progression to Director + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Design Manager or similar from a Civil background looking to join one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, offering a role with complete autonomy allowing you to be able to build your team around?
On offer is the opportunity to become the go to technical experts within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, with clear scope to progress into director level roles in the future.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuring all KPI's are met across the board.
The company is a leading consultancy, delivering bespoke civil and structural engineering solutions nationwide. It is renowned for its supportive, family-like culture and excellent staff retention. Due to increasing demand, the business is expanding its Engineering teams. With their exceptional growth, will be exciting progression opportunities across the UK in years to come.

The Role:
- Managing and developing a team of Civil Engineers
- Managing key residential and commercial accounts
- Ensuring all KPI's are met - reporting directly to the directors
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
