£80,000 - £100,000 + Progression to Director + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Design Manager or similar from a structural background looking to join one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, offering a role with complete autonomy allowing you to be able to build your team around?
On offer is the opportunity to become the go to technical experts within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, with clear scope to progress into director level roles in the future.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuring all KPIs are met across the board.

This role would suit a Design Manager or similar from a Structural background looking to run and manage their own team, within a rapidly growing business.
The Role
- Managing and developing a team of Structural Engineers
- Managing key residential and commercial accounts
- Ensuring all KPIs are met - reporting directly to the directors
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
