Head of Design
Remote | Full-time
We’re looking for a Head of Design to lead our design function and shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, create great work, and build a strong design system.
What you’ll do
- Own the overall design direction and visual identity
- Lead brand, marketing, social, web, and product-related design
- Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
- Turn ideas and concepts into high-quality visual work
- Work closely with the founders, marketing, content, and growth teams
- Set the creative direction for campaigns and major launches
- Review, improve, and maintain design quality across all channels
- Build and manage a network or team of designers as the company grows
- Explore new design trends, tools, and creative formats
- Ensure consistency across digital and offline brand experiences

What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design work
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take a project from concept to execution
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Experience leading designers or creative projects
- Experience with Figma and other modern design tools
- Motion, video, or 3D experience is a plus
