Head of DevSecOps

Build a DevSecOps function from zero at a fast-growing deeptech startup.

This is a rare opportunity to own the entire DevSecOps strategy, build secure cloud infrastructure from the ground up and shape how an ambitious engineering team builds and scales.

You’ll be the first dedicated DevSecOps hire, with real technical ownership, direct influence on engineering strategy and the opportunity to build your own team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Architect and build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Own Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD and GitOps.
  • Embed security into the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Drive Secure by Design, automated security controls and compliance.
  • Build and lead the DevSecOps function as the company scales.

What we’re looking for

A hands-on engineer with strong cloud infrastructure and security experience. Kubernetes, AWS, IaC and security-focused DevOps are key, alongside experience with Secure by Design, NIST or compliance frameworks.
