We’re hiring a Head of Digital to work in partnership with our Managing Director in scaling reach and driving conversion, as we strive to help solve sleep-related discomfort for as many people as possible.
We’re specifically seeking someone with a real desire to embed longer-term within the team and can commit to steering the growth department towards and beyond the FY26 budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is initially a part-time (20-24hrs per week), contract basis with genuine scope to step into a long-term Digital Director position for 2027.
Performance and Growth Marketing form a large part of this role; primarily strategy, creative, and execution for Paid Media channels alongside a blended CRO program. However, a cross-channel approach that includes Technical SEO, Affiliates, and Analytics will be key - managing costs, blended ROAS, and cross-functional projects to ensure the whole team moves forward in a cost-effective and coherent way.
The scope and responsibility will grow continually over the initial contract period, with the overarching aim of:
- Efficiently scaling all paid channels - adding complexity to our existing winning strategy in Meta & Google, protecting ROAS whilst reaching more potential customers with the right ads at the right time. We’re looking for comprehensive and up-to-date technical knowledge here, beyond the routine day-to-day platform management.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to expand our Ad Creative strategy, using customer data, persona research, and brand directives.
- Consider, scope out, and execute additional paid media opportunities outside of the core platforms.
- Deliver truly cross-functional projects - leading channel owners towards collective goals using a mix of strong people management skills, well-managed tools and processes, and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on business-wide projects that have a growth element, supporting brand and product directives with a suitable go-to-market digital strategy.
- Expand the existing CRO testing program contributing from hypothesis to evaluation, blending digital and brand goals that lead to a seamless and persuasive funnel journey.
