About The Opportunity 👇
What You'll Do
Performance Marketing
- Own paid media strategy across search, social, and display (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Manage budget allocation and ROI across channels
- Build testing frameworks to continuously improve CAC and conversion rates
- Build and manage a full funnel strategy across all channels
- Manage agency relationships
Email Marketing
- Own lifecycle and nurture programs across the funnel, from lead nurture to customer retention
- Drive segmentation, personalization, and automation strategy
- Partner with product marketing on messaging and campaign calendars
- Work closely with channel, sales, and customer success to align email programs with partner campaigns, sales motions, and customer lifecycle milestones

Website
- Manage a team to who looks after website strategy, performance, and roadmap (UX, SEO/GEO, CRO)
- Drive continuous testing and optimization of conversion paths
- Ensure the site supports campaigns, product launches, and regional needs
ABM
- Build and scale account-based marketing programs targeting key accounts and segments
- Align closely with sales on target account lists, messaging, and engagement strategy
- Measure and report on ABM program impact on pipeline and revenue
Leadership
- Build, manage, and develop a team of channel specialists
- Set the digital marketing strategy and roadmap in line with company growth goals
- Report on performance to senior leadership, tying digital activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience owning performance marketing, email, and website channels at a B2B SaaS company
- Direct experience building or scaling an ABM program
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with marketing attribution, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies/vendors
- A track record of building and leading high performing teams
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense/Demandbase, Google Analytics, and similar martech stacks
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast growing SaaS or email/productivity software company
- Experience marketing to IT and technical buyer personas
