Head of Digital Experience
Up to £80,000
Watford | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
We are working with a leading, purpose-driven consumer organisation undergoing a major digital transformation to redefine how customers engage across every touchpoint. With strong investment in technology, data and experience design, this is a rare opportunity to shape a truly end-to-end digital ecosystem in a multi-site, consumer-facing environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in building seamless, personalised journeys that drive measurable growth while delivering meaningful impact to customers’ everyday lives.
The Head of Digital Experience will lead the strategy, design and optimisation of the full digital customer journey, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, connected and commercially effective.

Role Highlights
- Own and evolve the end-to-end digital customer journey across all touchpoints
- Lead website, UX, CRO and platform optimisation to drive conversion
- Define and deliver CRM and lifecycle strategies aligned to key customer moments
- Drive SEO, local search and AI-driven discoverability strategies
- Build and embed experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performance
You Will Need
- Strong expertise across website, CRM and customer journey optimisation
- Experience leveraging AI and data to drive personalisation and growth
- Deep understanding of SEO, local search and emerging AI search behaviours
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
