Ready to transform how supporters connect with women’s health?

Harris Hill is supporting Wellbeing of Women to find their new Head of Digital. This is an opportunity for a digital expert to put digital at the heart of a charity’s growth — helping Wellbeing of Women reach more people, deepen supporter engagement and drive fundraising and advocacy.

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on digital leader to lead the digital function within the Income and Engagement team.

  • You’ll shape and deliver an ambitious digital strategy, mapping and improving the supporter journey to turn audiences into engaged supporters, donors and advocates.
  • From website, email and social media to PPC, paid social and digital analytics, you’ll bring insight and innovation to every channel — using data to understand what’s working, optimise performance and increase engagement and conversion.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues across income generation, research, education and external affairs, as well as leading agency relationships, to make sure digital is fully integrated across the organisation and firmly focused on delivering fundraising and engagement objectives.
  • You will also line manage the Social Media Coordinator.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
