HEAD OF DIGITAL – ECOMMERCE & PERFORMANCE MARKETING

We are recruiting an experienced Head of Digital to join a successful, high-growth ecommerce business and play a key role in its next stage of growth.

This is a senior, commercially focused digital role with responsibility for ecommerce growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, paid media and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

A key part of the role will be taking strategic ownership of a significant paid media budget, ensuring investment across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, affiliates and emerging channels delivers profitable, incremental growth.

Working with leading specialist agencies, you’ll set the acquisition strategy, challenge performance and make informed decisions on where digital investment will generate the greatest commercial return.

You’ll also take ownership of ecommerce performance, using data, testing and customer insight to improve conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor and overall customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
