About The Role

At Franco Manca, we keep things simple: great pizza, great people, and doing the basics really well.

We’ve been doing a lot behind the scenes to simplify and strengthen the business and getting back to what we do best. With continued investment, we’re now focused on growing in a smarter, more joined-up way and digital, CRM and delivery are a big part of that.

We’re now looking for a Head of Digital & Delivery Marketing to take ownership of three of our biggest growth drivers: digital acquisition, CRM & loyalty, and delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape the strategy, drive performance, and make sure everything connects, from how we bring customers in, to how we keep them coming back, to how we show up on delivery platforms day in, day out.

If you’re commercial, data-led, and like building things that actually work, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own performance across delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid social, Google and customer acquisition channels
  • Define and deliver our CRM & loyalty strategy to drive retention, frequency and lifetime value
  • Manage delivery partnerships, promotions, pricing and platform performance
  • Optimise the digital customer journey, from first click through to conversion
  • Use data to spot opportunities, fix gaps and improve performance across all channels
  • Own budgets, ROI and performance reporting across digital, CRM and delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep everything aligned and moving at pace
  • Manage and support a Digital Executive, including oversight of customer queries and feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
