Head of Digital Care & AI

Uxbridge | £75,000 - £80,000 | Hybrid Working

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Digital Care & AI to join a growing care organisation in a newly created senior leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the realities of frontline care and is passionate about using technology, digital innovation, and AI to improve the quality of care, operational efficiency, and resident outcomes.

Please note: This is not an IT leadership role. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background within the care sector who has successfully led digital transformation and technology adoption.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the organisation's digital care strategy, identifying and implementing innovative technologies that support both residents and colleagues across multiple care homes.

You'll work closely with operational, clinical, and technology teams to ensure digital solutions are practical, compliant, and deliver measurable improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation's digital care and AI strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation projects across multiple care homes.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies that improve care delivery.
  • Support the implementation of AI and automation within care environments.
  • Champion the adoption of digital solutions by engaging and influencing frontline teams.
  • Work closely with operational leaders to improve processes and resident outcomes.
  • Ensure digital initiatives align with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from Executive Directors to Home Managers and frontline colleagues.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
