Head of Digital Care & AI

Uxbridge | £75,000 - £80,000

I'm currently recruiting for a Head of Digital Care & AI to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of digital transformation.

This newly created senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping the organisation's digital care strategy, driving the adoption of AI and digital technologies, and improving clinical systems and care delivery across multiple sites.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong operational care background who is passionate about improving outcomes through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the digital care systems strategy across multiple sites.
  • Driving the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within care services.
  • Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of electronic care planning and clinical systems.
  • Working closely with operational, clinical and technology teams to improve care delivery.
  • Leading digital transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Ensuring digital systems support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
  • Using data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Building and developing the Digital Care & AI function as the organisation grows.

  • Operational experience within the care home sector.
  • Experience implementing or managing digital care systems.
  • A strong understanding of digital transformation and change management.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application within health or social care.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across operational and clinical teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working across multi-site operations is advantageous.
