At Berkeley, we create exceptional places where people want to live. As we continue to invest in our digital capabilities, we are looking for a senior digital leader to define and evolve the experiences that connect customers with our brand, developments and services throughout their journey.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced digital marketing, product or customer experience leader who combines strategic thinking with commercial focus. You will be responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap and ongoing development of Berkeley's customer-facing digital experience across our website, app and customer platforms, ensuring every investment delivers measurable value for both customers and the business.
Working closely with marketing, sales, customer service, technology and divisional stakeholders, you will influence digital priorities across the organisation, bring fresh external thinking and help establish a culture of continuous improvement driven by customer insight, data and evidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
