Head of Digital Growth

Iconic Resourcing is supporting a well-established and highly regarded consumer-focused organisation as it enters the next phase of an ambitious digital growth strategy.
Following significant investment in technology, customer platforms and digital capabilities, the business is seeking an experienced digital leader to take ownership of its online growth agenda. This is a newly created leadership role offering the opportunity to shape digital strategy, drive commercial performance and build a best-in-class customer acquisition and retention function.
Reporting to a senior executive leadership team member, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, customer engagement and online performance. Working closely with technology, commercial and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in helping the organisation become a truly customer-centric, digitally led business.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the organisation's digital growth strategy.
- Driving customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives and channel optimisation.
- Leading performance marketing activity across paid and owned channels, ensuring strong commercial returns.
- Enhancing ecommerce performance and customer journeys to improve conversion and revenue generation.
- Building effective CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Using customer and commercial insights to identify new growth opportunities and improve decision-making.
- Establishing meaningful performance reporting and KPI frameworks to monitor effectiveness and ROI.
- Leading, developing and growing a high-performing digital team.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded digital leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and has a proven ability to deliver measurable growth.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior digital, ecommerce, growth marketing or customer acquisition leadership role.
- A track record of driving online growth, customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce, customer journey optimisation, CRM and performance marketing.
- Experience managing budgets and evaluating channel performance through metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
- The ability to translate data and insight into practical commercial outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Previous experience within a subscription, recurring revenue or consumer-focused business would be advantageous.
