Description
- Develop and implement the company's digital and IT strategy to align with overall business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Digital direct to consumer arm
- Lead the deployment of innovative digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT services and projects.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
- Analyse emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business improvements.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

A successful Head of Digital & IT should have:

- Proven experience in leading digital and IT functions in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, AI, and digital transformation strategies.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a comparable busy environment desirable or start-up business.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
