Head of Digital & IT

Description

  • Develop and implement the company's digital and IT strategy to align with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Digital direct to consumer arm
  • Lead the deployment of innovative digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT services and projects.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
  • Analyse emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
