Head of Digital Marketing
London
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Digital Marketing to accelerate digital growth across Insignia Group - including our premium cards and concierge ecosystem - and newly created digital payment solution. This role is pivotal in driving commercial performance, scaling digital acquisition, and building high-converting journeys that turn awareness into measurable revenue.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, financial services fluency, and hands-on digital sales expertise. They understand UHNW consumer behaviour, performance marketing levers, and how to translate digital strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Digital Strategy — Build and execute a digital strategy that directly supports revenue growth, acquisition targets, and commercial priorities across Insignia and digital payment solution.
- Performance & Acquisition Growth — Design and optimise multi-channel acquisition programmes to drive qualified leads, conversions, and digital sales performance.
- Conversion Optimisation — Lead A/B testing across ads, landing pages, funnels, and digital journeys to maximise conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost.
- Commercial Content Engine — Oversee high-impact digital content designed to drive engagement, nurture prospects, and support sales enablement across websites, email, and social channels.
- CRM Partnership — Work closely with the CRM Manager to build segmentation strategies, lifecycle journeys, automated nurture flows, and CRM-driven commercial programmes that increase conversion and retention.
- Performance Marketing Execution — Deliver SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, email, and display campaigns focused on measurable commercial outcomes: leads, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Social Media Campaign Execution — Set up, manage, and optimise social media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring each channel drives measurable commercial impact, audience growth, and high-quality lead generation. Leverage platform-specific best practices, targeting capabilities, and analytics to maximise performance and support broader acquisition goals.
- Data-Led Commercial Decisions — Use analytics, attribution modelling, and customer insights to optimise spend, improve ROI, and inform commercial strategy.
- Budget Accountability — Manage digital budgets with a performance mindset, ensuring investment delivers measurable commercial returns.
- Sales Alignment — Partner with Sales, Lifestyle Boutique, Customer Service, Product marketing and PR& Comms to ensure digital activity directly supports pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Lead-Gen Infrastructure — Implement digital tools, landing pages, and systems that strengthen lead generation, qualification, and sales conversion.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence — Monitor luxury, fintech, and digital payment trends to identify commercial opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Team Collaboration — Operate as a high-impact individual contributor while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance, optimise digital initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment across marketing, CRM, sales.

Professional Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent.
- Previous experience within the financial services, payments sector is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with clear commercial accountability.
- Proven ability to deliver digital strategies that drive measurable revenue and acquisition growth.
- Strong proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management.
- Commercial thinker with strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and premium digital experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- CRM Collaboration — Experience working directly with CRM Managers or CRM teams to build segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and automated commercial flows.
- Sales-Marketing Integration — Experience aligning digital marketing with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Team Development — Experience developing junior marketers into commercially minded digital performers.
