An entrepreneurial, luxury beauty brand is looking for a Head of Digital to own its global growth strategy and drive real commercial impact across every digital channel.
The Role
- Own and deliver the global digital strategy, aligned to ambitious ecommerce revenue and profitability targets
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, with full accountability for ROAS, CAC and marketing profitability
- Build and scale a global affiliate programme, recruiting new partners and maximising return
- Shape influencer marketing strategy across the UK, US and international markets, turning creator partnerships into measurable sales growth
- Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and personalisation to boost retention and lifetime value
- Partner with Ecommerce to optimise conversion, merchandising and onsite journeys
- Own the digital marketing budget and translate performance data into sharp, commercial decisions
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing digital team

- You’ve had previous experience at this level, leading digital growth in a fast-moving, commercially driven business.
- You’re a charismatic leader with commercial acumen, are passionate about the beauty industry, an accomplished negotiator and influencer, and have strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred but not essential.
